Use of the site

Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to use this Site. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide, including name, mobile number, and any payment details linked to services such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM UPI, is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, scraping data without written consent, impersonating other users, or engaging in any activity that violates the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, or any other applicable statute. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct without prior notice and to report such conduct to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.
Intellectual property

Limited licence and user content

Maximum liability cap
In no event shall Tiranga Game's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the amount, if any, actually paid by you to Tiranga Game in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability is not permitted by law, our liability shall be restricted to the maximum extent allowable under such applicable law.
